Van den Brink BV is a service company consisting of a Cooling and Storage Company and a Sorting and Packing Station in 't Goy (municipality of Houten)
Van den Brink BV also has its own top fruit cultivation company in Wijk bij Duurstede. Thanks to these 3 pillars, Van den Brink BV can offer a total package.
The installation:
At van den Brink we have realised an ammonia pump system, this installation cools 12 CA cells, 2 corridor cells, a work cell and a dispatch.
An energy-efficient ammonia installation was chosen. By using the natural refrigerant ammonia, the installation guarantees an optimal cooling result! In the future, this installation can be expanded with 5 extra cells and cooling capacity.
Everything is controlled by the VK-Dynamics software developed in-house at VK. The aim is always to achieve the best cooling performance at the lowest energy costs. As an additional feature, the control has been expanded with VK-CCM. This expansion has been specially developed for fruit storage with even more perfected control and ease of use.
Furthermore, several modules have been purchased, such as the vk-Report generator and the vk-Visual cell manager.
Execution:
All in all, a wonderful project, which was completed last November 2024.
